Three of the best beaches in Chania…just minutes from your door
Glaros Beach — 150 m. (3 minutes walk)
The closest beach to the villas and one of the most popular in the area. It has a long sandy beach with fine sand and shallow, clear waters, ideal for swimming and families with children.
Along the beach there are tamarisk trees that offer natural shade, beach bars, sun loungers, showers and a lifeguard. The long sandy beach also makes it ideal for rackets or beach volleyball, while from the shore you can see the island of Thodorou.
Kalamaki Beach — 400 m. (5 minutes walk)
A quieter option, west of Glaros, with fine sand and shallow waters. It is particularly popular with couples and visitors looking for a more relaxed atmosphere.
The beach has organized areas with beach bars as well as free spaces for those who prefer their own umbrella and more privacy.
Agion Apostoloi Beach — 800 m. (10 minutes walk)
Agioi Apostoli is one of the most beautiful beaches in the city of Chania and a favorite spot for both visitors and locals.
The area is formed by two sheltered bays with calm, turquoise waters and fine sand. Between them is a small peninsula with the chapel of Agioi Apostoli and a small park ideal for a walk by the sea.
